Foresight’s registered capital is RMB 80 million and its businesses include industrial investment, high-tech investment, investment management, asset management and investment consulting. Its real estate development business is involved in all property types, including residential, commercial, and industrial. Shanghai Euromate Industrial Park – Located in the Xinzhuang Industrial Park Zone, Euromate occupies a land area of 63,722 m2 and comprises 12 standard plants with GFA ranging from 1,700 m2 to 5,000 m2. Total rentable GFA is over 40,000 m2.  There is 21,896 m2 of landscaping.  Green space rate is 27%. 

The park was built in two phases and currently has 12 tenants, all of which are foreign enterprises from Europe, America, and Japan.  Five of the tenants are Fortune 500 companies.
